Our current contract allows BEA reps to hold one 10-minute meeting per month. The purpose of this meeting is to disseminate information to members that have been discussed at monthly BEA meetings.

These meetings should be held no later than the Monday following the monthly BEA meeting held on the first Thursday of each month.
